City you live in:
I live in South Beach, Florida, but I’m originally from Brooklyn, New York baby!

My First Language was Spanish then English, I do not speak Spanish Fluently. I can Read and Write in Spanish and understand Spanish completely.

Favorite Latin food you can’t live without:
I would have to say Puerco Asado! Especially when it’s in La Caja China! Yum!

What is your Latina contradiction?
Well, people think because I am a Latina I would be really into Salsa_ Music or Merengue because that’s the music of my people. Don’t get me wrong, I loveeee me some Salsa & Merengue music! But when I tell people I love old school Jazz or Blues, or Music
from Benny Goodmen to Frank Sinatra or even Ella Fitzgerald they are dumbfounded.

When you think of Latin culture, what are the first words you think of?
Beauty, a Diverse Culture, I think of Life, fun, laughter! Good food surrounded by a big family.

What is your ethnicity? Or where is your family from?
I’m Cuban and Dominican, my Dad is from Santa Clara, Cuba, and my Mom is from Brooklyn, New York, but her family is from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Latina? American? Both?
I identify myself as a Latin American because I was born in America but my family is Latin. I’m very proud of my Latin roots.

Favorite Latin artist or music?
I love the Queen of Salsa Celia Cruz. I grew up listening to her music.

iPhone or BlackBerry?
I have a Samsung Galaxy (android phone).

How do you describe your style?
My Style is a little bit of everything. I’m not afraid to try new styles. Im a very trendy 80′s chick.

What’s your favorite Latin restaurant?
Hmmm I have many, but my favorite one is The Havana Cafe located in Katy, Texas. They have the best Cuban food out there!
