A Taste Of Summer All Year Long

Sep 15, 11 A Taste Of Summer All Year Long

Just because the summer is winding down doesn’t mean you have to give up the refreshing and delicious treats of the season.  You can have a taste of summer any time of the year with the tropical delight that is a Brazilian lemonade.  You’re probably thinking of Brazilian waxes right now, but don’t worry. This is an actual drink and not some method for torture designed to prey on our insecurities, which we will no doubt fall victims to thanks to the pressures of  society and its ridiculous standards of beauty.  Anyhoo, here’s how to prepare the yummiest beverage you will ever have:

  • Start by mixing 1 cup of sugar with 6 cups of very cold water; let chill.
  • Take 4 previously washed limes (make sure to use some kind of soap because you will be using the entire lime, rinds and all) and cut them into eighths.
  • Add half the sugar water and half the limes into the blender. Pulse five times. Pour into a pitcher over a strainer and throw away the pulp and stuff.
  • Repeat step 3 with the remaining half of the ingredients.
  • Add 6 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to the pitcher, making sure to mix everything well, and serve over ice.

It’s a tropical paradise in a glass! For a twist of extra-tropicalness you can replace the water with coconut water.  Mmm mmm mmm! Just one sip and you’ll swear you’re at the beach in Rio, even if outside the air is nippy and the leaves are falling.

  1. In the event that you could change your circumstance from one of shortage to
a single in which cash is streaming into your life would you use the actions?

  2. Do you really believe that you are in your
finances considering a activities or as a result of your emotions toward cash?
