Don’t let the title fool you. You won’t lose the weight in three hours. Cálmate, mujer! Cruise is a guru not a God. The idea behind this diet is to eat every three hours. Also, wait three hours after dinner before you can go to sleep for the night. You don’t have to count calories, carbs, protein, or starve yourself. I mean, what would your abuela say about if she knew you were pasando hambre? Ni lo piensesJorge Cruise’s book comes with a 28-day visual eating planner and a recipe guide. If only mi novio could be that organized!

So, get your bikini, sandals, sunscreen and smartphone ready because, with this diet, you’ll be the one choosing who will be spending those hot summer nights with you.

    This is definitely a lifestyle. I used to eat very small meals every 2 to 3 hours and was very svelte because of it. One has to plan a little bit. I eat like this with a some modifications.

    This idea is not new. I could have written this book. I have been doing this for 13 years and have maintained pretty much the same weight Since high school. Yay! I am happy he shared. :)
