How do you define success?
Working with passion, persistence and innovation

What has been your biggest challenge?
Hiring the correct person for the job.

What advice would you give a Latina who wants to follow in your footsteps?
You have to believe in what you’re going to do.  Long hours of work are awaiting you, so you have to have passion on what you’re going to do, and if you need help try not to hire friends just because its easier. Hire the correct person with more experience than you have.

Spread my brand around the world and explore the world.

I am proud to be Latina because:
I inherited warmth and spontanaety, which is very typical of Latin culture.
