All I Want for Christmas is a Brazilian Butt

Dec 06, 10 All I Want for Christmas is a Brazilian Butt

Sigh, don’t we all? But you can be sure el Niño Jesus is not going to be leaving this one under the tree for you; you are going to have to work to get this one for yourself, loca. Fortunately, LaCosmo’s fitness expert and celebrity trainer Ary Nuñez (Rihanna’s personal trainer among many other amazing accomplishments) is here to lend a helping hand. She has given us the three key exercises that will sculpt those glutes into a behind so fine it would make Adriana Lima turn green with envy.
Front Rising Kick To Full Lunge: The kick will warm up the hip flexors and hamstrings before performing the lunge; the mother of all butt exercises. The lunge works your quadriceps, hamstrings, calf muscles, hip flexors, lower back and even lower abdominals all in addition to your gluteus. Call it an all-in-one-Christmas-miracle move. So get to lungin’!

Side Rising Kick to Plie Squat: The side kick helps execute a deeper, thus more effective, squat. Squats are one of the most beneficial exercises for your hips, butt and thighs, usually a trifecta of misery for Latinas. Make those squats really count by squeezing your butt cheeks together on the way down.

Cycling: Whether outdoors or on a stationary bike, cycling is a powerhouse exercise that lifts and tightens lower body muscles. As an added bonus you get some cardio in so you also burn off some of those calories from feasting all month long on natilla and buñuelos. Spinning is the best type of cycling you can do, so consider signing up for a class at your local gym as a New Year’s Resolution.

Excellent advice! I love by squats! They really burn.
If Ary could help me, though, I’d have that butt in no time!
