Adios to Cellulite

Feb 21, 11 Adios to Cellulite

Most us find it impossible to kick start our day without a good jolt of caffeine. But a steaming cup of java has more benefits than just getting you through the workday. Coffee is a stimulant, obviously, which causes increased circulation. This is why it is one of the main ingredients in effective cellulite treatments, it helps get the blood flowing in those areas where fat is trapped in the shape of women’s cross to bear, la piel de naranja. Before you get too excited though, I must clarify that unfortunately I am not talking about coffee as in a Grande Caramel Frapuccino. I’m talking about coffee as a topical remedy.

A technique many women swear by is this home-made scrub:

  • Mix ¼ cup warm, used coffee grounds with a tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Apply with a loofah mitt and wrap area with plastic wrap.
  • Remove wrapping after 10 minutes, brush off excess mixture and proceed to shower with warm water.
  • Repeat up to twice a week for best results.

I’ll be honest with you, chica, you know there is no miracle cure for dimply thighs but incorporating this practice into your regimen is sure to yield visible results over time. Combine with these other tips and you’ll be ready for bikini season in no time.
